From London A21:   London to Hastings road. Take the A21 southbound towards Tonbridge. When you get to the end of the dual carriage way carry on for about two miles until you come to a roundabout. Take the second turning on the left which is the start of the Pembury by-pass. Take the first exit sign posted to Tunbridge Wells and turn right towards the town centre. About one and a half miles further on you come to a cross road and a set of traffic lights with the 'Royal Oak' opposite. Turn left at these lights and carry on pass the park on your left and take the first turning on the left into Halls Hole Road and then right into High Woods Lane. The 'Royals' are at the end of the road on the left-hand side.

From The South A267:   Heathfield to Tunbridge Wells road. Once you have past through Frant, keep on down the hill and up the other side and take the first turning on the right into Forest Road. Stay on this road and you will pass the 'Land Registry Offices' which are new buildings on your left. Just past these offices you come to a sharp 'S-bend' and as you are coming out of the second bend start signaling to turn right into Halls Hole Road. Just as you enter Halls Hole Road turn right again into High Woods Lane where you will find the 'Royals' at the end of the road on the left-hand side.
From The South East A21:  Hastings to London road. Once you are on the Pembury by-pass, you take the first exit on your left and turn right towards Tunbridge Wells centre. From The South West A26: Crowborough to Tunbridge Wells road. Follow the road to the bottom of the town until you get to the 'Pantiles'. Turn right towards Heathfield on the A267 and continue for nearly a mile until you get to the top where you turn left into Forest Road. Stay on this road and you will pass the 'Land Registry Offices' which are new buildings on your left. Just past these offices you come to a sharp 'S-bend' and as you are coming out of the second bend start signaling to turn right into Halls Hole Road. Just as you enter Halls Hole Road turn right again into High Woods Lane where you will find the 'Royals' at the end of the road on the left-hand side.
From The West A264:  East Grinstead to Tunbridge Wells road. As you are approaching Tunbridge Wells turn right opposite a Renault garage and the Spa Hotel. At the bottom of the hill turn towards the town centre. Take the first turning on the right which is the A267 to Heathfield. Continue until you get to the top of the hill where you turn left into Forest Road. Stay on this road and you will pass the 'Land Registry Offices' which are new buildings on your left. Just past these offices you come to a sharp 'S-bend' and as you are coming out of the second bend start signaling to turn right into Halls Hole Road. Just as you enter Halls Hole Road turn right again into High Woods Lane where you will find the 'Royals' at the end of the road on the left-hand side.
